Gorgeous vintage Welsh wool tapestry pea coat in striking mustard yellow, black & a little off white. Buttons to front. Large patch pockets. Lovely condition. Welsh label inside. I'd say size 16/18 as that's my size & fits me comfortably.
Back in the day there were 300 working woollen mills in Wales & most would have had a shop with a Tailoress who made clothing. They would also sell lengths of the wool fabric to small fashion houses like Mari Lwyd, Dillad Coracle, Celtique & Eclipse. The mills sadly have dwindled to single figures so you would be wearing a bit of Welsh & midcentury fashion
