Stunning vintage Welsh wool tapestry blanket bedcover/bedspread in beautiful vibrant shades of burgundy, pink, white & with a pop of daffodil yellow. Traditional portcullis Caernarfonshire design c1960s. King Size. Measures approx 94 x 82 inches. Woven by Derw Mill in Carmarthenshire. This mill has long since closed so a bit of Welsh history. Good condition for age with a little loss of blanket stitch & a small mark just above fringe that you'd have to really look for.
