Stunning vintage REAL WELSH blanket - traditional 1950s 'carthen' (Welsh for blanket) woven in the Gwili Valley, Carmarthenshire. Lovely taupe background with red, yellow & green. Blanket stitch to both ends. Original label. Good condition for age. These were the everyday utility blankets back in the day so easier to find but obviously they were used often so finding them in good condition is not so easy.
