Stunning & very unusual vintage Welsh wool tapestry blanket in a two tone lime green & lilac with black. Looks almost grey. Check out the video for closest colour as hard to see on photo.
This particular blanket was woven in Derw Mill in Carmarthenshire but the design was originally designed by Trefriw as the 'Liquorice Allsort ' pattern & it was later copied by Derw & Rhydybont. Sadly Derw & Rhydybont are now closed but Trefriw remains as the last Mill in North Wales. Excellent condition.
Huge King size. Measures approx 90 inches x 88 inches with fringe to both ends & knife edge border to both long sides. Fully reversible.
